You might have reservations about living away from home for the first time. Maybe it’s your second or third year and you’re fed up of staying in sub-par housing. You may be a international student feeling very nervous about coming to live in a different country for the first time. Or perhaps you’re a parent wanting to check-out our credentials.
Whatever your needs, we hope that the information you’re looking for can be found either in this section of our website or in our FAQs. If we’ve missed something, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line.
Booking with us
We understand that deciding where to live and committing yourself to spending quite a bit of money is a big decision.
This website is designed to show you as much information about our accommodation as possible. You’ll be able to find high-quality photographs and videos and lots of other stuff you need to know. Once you’ve decided to live with us, we aim to make booking as hassle-free as we can with our booking system.
If possible, we recommend you come and visit us before you book. We’ll make sure a member of The Student Housing Company team will be available to give you a tour and answer any questions you have.
Here you’ll find a list of important documents that covers everything you might need regarding your stay at your chosen residence, from sample contracts, cancellation policies and residence welcome books! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, try our FAQ section or contact one of the onsite teams to find out more.
We’re extremely aware of the responsibility we have as owners and managers of student accommodation. For some of our residents, renting from us is their first experience of living away from home. This means you will rely on the managers of their student accommodation to answer your questions respectfully, sort out problems quickly, and be a friendly, trustworthy point of contact.
During the summer months (generally over July and August) we have availability at some of our residences. Visit our Summer Accommodation page for more information on which residences are available and how to enquire.
