We specialise in providing service led student accommodation up and down the country and we have found our way to your city. Catherine House is our new residence in Portsmouth and we need a General Manager to help make it a success.
You will hit the ground running right from the start, working with our Development and Operations teams to get the residence ready to welcome 1000 enthusiastic students in September 2017
You’ll provide strong leadership to your team and be hands on in running the building. You will be involved in managing your own budget, liaising with our university partners, and identifying revenue streams and overseeing the successful move in of the students.
Keeping up to date with changes in the surrounding area and building positive relationships within the local community are just some of the other exciting things you will be doing to achieve a full house year on year. You’ll be energetic, hardworking and used to running a business – whatever is required to get the job done.
