Two sites are better than one!
We specialise in providing service led student accommodation up and down the country and we have found our way to your city. We liked it so much that we decided to build two residences, Crescent Place and Austen House, and need a General Manager to make them successful!
This is an opportunity to hit the ground running from the start, working with our Development and Operations teams to get both residences ready to welcome 823 enthusiastic students in September 2016. Managing your own budgets, liaising with our university partners and identifying new revenue streams are just some of the things you will have involvement in.
Keeping up to date with changes in the surrounding area and building positive relationships within the local community are just some of the other exciting things you will be doing to achieve a full house year on year.
You’ll be friendly, energetic and hardworking and will have the chance to build your own team to make sure they are as diligent and customer-focused as you!
