Clearing Students 2016: Find Your University Accommodation with Us

Alevel_clearing

So, here we are. You’ve got your A-Level results.

It’s a stressful time for everyone, but particularly so if you didn’t quite get the grades you needed to secure your place on your chosen course, because this will likely mean that you have to change your plans and find another course via the Clearing process.

But don’t panic – honestly. Of course, you’re disappointed, but, as the saying goes, it’s not the end of the world. It really isn’t. Organisations like UCAS are there to support you and remember that universities are always keen to fill any places they have left over.

Of course, wherever you end up, you will need somewhere to live! This is where we come in. We’ve got stylish, comfy and conveniently-located student accommodation in some of the UK’s most exciting cities – some of which have a few spaces left:

Southampton

Southampton_clearing

Both of our Southampton locations are brand-spanking-new for September 2016. Crescent Place is right next to Southampton Solent University, whereas Austen House is about a 10-minute walk away. (If this sways your decision at all, Austen House has the social spaces you’d expect plus a cinema room, a reading room, a gaming room, an art room, a music room, and a photography room!)

Cardiff

Cardiff_clearing

Arofan House is our brand-new student residence in Cardiff. It’s a stone’s throw away from the city’s best shops, bars and restaurants, and a short walk from Cardiff Queen Street station (the second-busiest in Wales) – so you couldn’t be in a more convenient spot.

London

We still have a few rooms left at Depot Point, our Zone 1 London accommodation in Kings Cross. You’ll be a five-minute walk from Kings Cross St. Pancras train and tube station, and about a 15-minute walk from London Euston station. We only have a handful of studio apartments left, so be quick!

Liverpool

Liverpool_clearing

Our Liverpudlian student residence, Ablett House, is in the middle of the city – just 10 minutes’ walk away from Liverpool One shopping centre and all the surrounding bars, restaurants, and other such fun. The last few rooms are selling out fast, so get your skates on!

Edinburgh

Edinburgh_Clearing

We have three (yes, three) student residences in Edinburgh: Canal Point, Arran House and Brae House. They’re all right in the heart of the city, putting you within easy reach of all the fun and games the Scottish capital has to offer. Canal Point is sold-out, but we still have some rooms left at Arran House and Brae House – have a nosey and see which one you like the look of most.

Any Questions? Just Ask!

We’re on hand to help you if you need any questions answering – just go to our Contact page, select the residence you want to ask us about (via the drop-down menu), and you’ll see the phone number and email for that specific residence. Easy!
