Information
You might have reservations about living away from home for the first time. Maybe it’s your second or third year and you’re fed up of staying in sub-par housing. You may be an international student feeling very nervous about coming to live in a different country for the first time. Or perhaps you’re a parent wanting to check-out our credentials.
Whatever your needs, we hope that the information you’re looking for can be found either in this section of our website or in the FAQ sections on the residence pages. If we’ve missed something, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line.
In light of the tragedy at Grenfell Tower in June 2017, we would like to reassure our customers and parents about fire safety at The Student Housing Company.
Booking with us
We understand that deciding where to live and committing yourself to spend quite a bit of money is a big decision.
This website is designed to show you as much information about our accommodation as possible. You’ll be able to find high-quality photographs and videos and lots of other stuff you need to know. Once you’ve decided to live with us, we aim to make the booking as hassle-free as we can with our booking system.
If possible, we recommend you come and visit us before you book. We’ll make sure a member of The Student Housing Company team will be available to give you a tour and answer any questions you have.
If you'd like to book a room with us, you'll be able to do it online in less than 10 minutes. What you'll need;
- All of your details
- The details of your UK based guarantor (if you'd like to pay your rent in installments)
- A Credit / Debit Card to make your booking fee payment (this will switch into your refundable deposit when you move in)
Information for Parents
We’re extremely aware of the responsibility we have as owners and managers of student accommodation. For some of our residents, renting from us is their first experience of living away from home. This means you will rely on the managers of their student accommodation to answer your questions respectfully, sort out problems quickly, and be a friendly, trustworthy point of contact.

Educational Partners
We know that we wouldn’t be around if it wasn’t for the great Educational Institutions across the UK who help support our business.
We love hearing from universities, colleges and schools with students who might want to rent rooms from us. All of the organisations we work with have different needs, and we recognise that it is our duty to make sure our approach is always flexible so that we can cater for the various needs of those who live in our student accommodation during their education.
That is why we are always happy to work closely with each of our partners in order to suit their requirements; from nominations and accommodation services agreements to leases.
