If you’re studying in Southampton, we’ve got a student residence that you’ll love. Located slap-bang in the middle of the city, it puts you right in the middle of all the fun.

We’re a two-minute stroll from Southampton Solent University, and a short bus ride away from the University of Southampton. As for shops, you’re surrounded – the huge West Quay shopping centre is really close, as is a massive Asda for all your food.

When you’re studying at uni, comfort and convenience are key. We can guarantee both.

Whichever room option you choose, yours will be fully furnished with a double bed. We’ve made every effort to help you get settled in and comfortable right away.

The Different Room Options

Now it’s time to choose which kind of room you’d like:

  • En-suite room in a 4-, 5- or 6-bed shared apartment.
  • Studio – which gives you your very own space (various sizes to choose from)
  • Shared House – 6 & 8 bedroom houses, placed just in front of the Crescent Place building, with all the same features as Crescent Place en-suite rooms, except you’ll share a bathroom between two and have your own front door!

Whichever option you choose, you’ll be able to enjoy your privacy as and when you want to, because you’ll have your own bedroom.

If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully.

Common Areas

There's a large, well-equipped and bespoke designed common room for you and your friends to use at any time of the day. As well as study rooms ideal for getting those group projects and revision sessions sorted.

Outdoor

There are internal courtyard areas, which come with barbecue pits for those summer days.

TV

Why not share your favourite programmes with your new friends in our student accommodation in Southampton? Each shared kitchen and studio comes with a flatscreen TV.

Post Service

You can shop online to your heart’s delight in our student accommodation in Southampton, where our reception staff will happily take delivery for you.

Internet, WiFi and IPTV

High-speed, 100MB broadband wired and/or WiFi and IPTV come as standard.

Laundry

There are laundry facilities on-site, for use as and when you need them.

Security

The residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, and each flat and room is protected by fob lock entry so you'll always feel safe and secure.

24 hour staff

A member of our team is available day or night. They've been hired for their integrity and friendliness so will happily help you with any requests you may have.

Bike Storage

Does what it says on the tin, safe, dry, secure, sorted.

Cooking

Studios have contemporary fitted kitchens with everything you need including a combi-oven, while shared flats have modern lounge-diners complete with a fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave.

Furnished

All rooms are furnished with small double beds, spacious desks, and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space.

Weekly Kitchen Clean

If you live in a shared flat, we'll clean your kitchen on a weekly basis so that's one less thing to worry about.
