We recognise there is a lot of uncertainty regarding the plans you have made this year for your education, and we have been working hard behind the scenes to best support you and have taken the decision to create our Student Support Programme.
Our Student Support Programme is to support our students who are unable to enjoy the benefit of the remainder of their [lease/ contract/ license/ tenancy agreement] due to reasons relating to COVID-19.
We understand that everyone’s situation is different, so we have put a programme in place to support each of you on an individual basis. If you would like further information on the programme please contact your residence team for details.
To support your wellbeing, which is at the heart of what we do, we will be bringing you all virtual wellbeing sessions within your community, as well as globally, for the first time. Please watch out for our updates.
We want to reassure you that we are open for business for many of you who are continuing to live with us, and in many of our residences our team members are now living on site and are available to help.
We are focused on supporting you in the best way we can to get through this together, and for those who have returned home we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
